PMSH Per Mendje te Shendoshe will participate in the pilot implementation of the intervention and conduct the implementation and evaluation of the optimised intervention in Kosovo in the cluster randomised controlled trial.
Dr Naim Fanaj, Principal investigator in PMSH. His published research includes mental health, suicide, workplace stress and stigma in Kosovo. He was also Implementation Lead/Principal investigator of the ImpleMentAll project. He has valuable expertise in engaging stakeholders and building positive relationships both with the central government and local teams, as well as experience in implementation design.
