As an advisor IOSH collaborates with the MENTUPP project by providing professional and expert insights into occupational health with particular focus on SMEs. IOSH supports the notion that mental health well being is an important aspect of occupational health and safety.

Mary Ogungbeje is OSH Research Manager at IOSH. She studied an MSc in Occupational Safety & Health. Most of her activities at IOSH involve programme and project management, research monitoring and evaluation, training, public speaking and publishing material for both scientific and
non-scientific audiences.

Dr Karen Michell is the Research Programme Lead Occupational Health at IOSH. She completed her PhD in governance and quality of occupational health services in South Africa. An accomplished international author and presenter on multiple subjects, including occupational health service delivery, quality, governance and legislative compliance. Her role at IOSH involves identifying emerging issues in occupational health, research support, interpretation of research to practice and research project management.
