Yesterday, May 25th, 2022, the MENTUPP Consortium hosted an interactive webinar to share key findings of a literature review aiming to better understand the barriers and facilitators that influence the implementation of workplace mental health promotion interventions. Chairing the webinar attended by 92 participants, Dr Birgit Greiner presented the MENTUPP project and the team and introduced Dr Charlotte Paterson and Dr Caleb Leduc who discussed the review findings on barriers and facilitators to mental health promotion interventions in the workplace.

All participants were then involved in smaller groups to have a further discussion to provide feedback on the findings and share their own experiences of implementing mental health promotion interventions in the workplace The webinar ended with MENTUPP Project Coordinator Prof Ella Arensman explaining the next steps for MENTUPP  and the launch of the MENTUPP Trial to test how and if the MENTUPP Hub helps SMEs in the healthcare, construction and ICT sectors in Europe and Australia to build mentally healthy workplaces. Prof Margaret Maxwell provided closing remarks by summarizing the outcomes of the meeting and explaining how the feedback and experiences which were shared during group discussions will inform the final review results.
