IASP will facilitate the dissemination and praxis transfer of project results globally through their international experts, particularly within IASP’s Special Interest Groups on Suicide in the Workplace, Suicide and Middle Aged Adults and Culture and Suicide, and generally through IASP’s extensive network.

Mrs Wendy Orchard is the current Executive Director of IASP, following her role as Coordinator at IASP. She has worked in the field of suicide research and prevention for over five years and currently coordinates the global network of suicidologists within IASP. Her strength is empowering the different health and mental health professionals and relevant volunteers to combine resources in order to prevent suicide through the good practice of evidence-based science, strategic action and implementation.

Luigia D’Alessandro collaborates with IASP as Project and Dissemination Officer. She holds a MSc of Development Studies at The University of Melbourne and has previously worked at the European Parliament and in non-governmental organisations in Hungary, China, and Australia. Over the years, she developed expertise in the field of digital marketing, advertising, and strategic planning, as well as strong interest in mental health in the workplace, suicide prevention, and digital activism.
